Candidates set up their free profile
Available online or through the app, candidates simply upload their CV and select their core skills & experience as well as the preferred locations they are seeking. They then answer a series of video interview questions to promote their hard and soft skills.
Employers find their ideal candidate(s)
After the profile is approved, employers can then search for candidates that match their specific requirements and really get behind the candidate’s CV and profile as well as assess their soft skills & fit for their business. When they identify their ideal candidate they simply invite them to review their opportunity which can include videos about their company and vacancy.
Candidates review the opportunity
If the candidate is interested in the role they can accept the invitation which will make their contact details available to the company to progress further. If they are not interested, then they will select the reason.
We also provide advertising services
We offer a job advertising service to support all your recruitment requirements. Your vacancy will be advertised free of charge through our advertising partner with applications going exclusively against your vacancy in the platform.
